2. Information you provide
The app does not require you to create an account. You may choose to enter or save information such as a TV IP address, TV name, custom remote buttons, app shortcuts, layout preferences and other settings you configure in the app.
If you contact support, your email address and the information you include in the support message are processed so we can respond to your request.
3. Local network and TV information
To find and control your TV, the app may process local network information such as IP addresses, service discovery responses, TV model or device name, connection status, pairing state and TV capabilities. This information is used to discover compatible TVs, connect to the selected TV and send remote-control commands.
Remote-control commands are intended to be sent over your local network directly to the selected TV. Your TV may show a permission prompt before allowing a new phone or tablet to connect.
4. Local storage on your device
The app may store settings locally on your device, including saved TVs, manual IP entries, remote layout selection, custom buttons, theme settings, connection preferences and similar app state. You can remove this data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
5. Optional remote features
Features such as touchpad, keyboard input, app shortcuts, custom buttons and Wear OS controls may process the actions you perform so the app can send the matching command to your TV.
If you use casting or media sharing features, the app may access only the media you choose and may send the selected item or playback command to your TV or the relevant platform service. Available casting behavior depends on your device, TV model and operating system.
6. Information processed automatically
When the app or support page connects to online services, normal technical information may be processed, including IP address, device or browser type, operating system, app version, request timestamps and server logs. This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the app and support service.
7. Advertising, promotions and third-party services
